河南省农业全要素生产率变动及其影响因素分析——基于Malmquist指数法

改革开放以来,河南省农业发展取得巨大成就,但近期受各种因素影响增速有所减缓.因此有必要对河南省农业全要素生产率状况进行系统分析.通过测算河南省农业全要素生产率及其构成,进而分析其影响因素,发现河南省农业全要素生产率稳步增长,但受技术进步影响缓慢,增速逐渐趋缓;河南省各地区、各区域农业全要素生产率差异明显;工业化水平和对外开放程度对河南省农业全要素生产率的影响相对较强,农业科技支持力度的影响力相对较弱,农业资本投入的影响最弱.因而可以从提升工业化水平、扩大对外开放程度、加大财政支持3方面着手进行政策调整.

Analysis of the Changes of Henan Province's Agricultural Total Factor Productivity and Its Impact Factors:Based on the Malmquist Index Approach

Since the reform and opening up,agricultural development of Henan Province has made great achievements. But recently due to various factors,the growth rate has slowed down. The status of agricultural total factor productivity in Henan province is worthy of analysis. By estimating the total factor productivity of Henan province and its composition,this paper finds that the total factor productivity of Henan province is increasing steadily,the growth rate is slowing down influenced by the slow technological progress; the total factor productivity difference is obvious; the influence of industrialization level and opening degree is relatively large,and the effect of the agriculture science and technology support is relatively small,and the effect of agriculture capital investment on the agricultural total factor productivity is weak. So the policy adjustment can be carried out in three aspects: upgrading the level of industrialization,expanding opening to the outside world and increasing financial support.
