电荷转移分光光度法测定阿奇霉素

摘    要:研究了电子给体阿奇霉素与电子受体中性红之间的电荷转移反应,确定了反应的最佳条件,建立了测定阿奇霉素的分光光度法.结果表明:在乙醇-水介质中,两者形成1∶2的络合物,该络合物的最大吸收波长为460 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.30×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),稳定常数为6.56×10~4.阿奇霉素浓度在3.2~56.0μg/m L范围内符合比耳定律,线性相关系数为0.998 9,检出限为1.68μg/m L.当阿奇霉素浓度为20μg/m L时,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.36%.方法用于测定药物制剂中阿奇霉素的含量,加标回收率为98.6%和101.2%.

Charge Transfer-Spectrophotometric Determination of Azithromycin

Abstract:The charge-transfer reaction between azithromycin as the electron donor and neutral red as the electron acceptor has been studied by spectrophotometric method. A rapid method for determination of azithromycin was developed. The results show that 1∶2 complexes can be formed under ethanol-water medium with the maximum absorption wavelength 460 nm,the apparent molar absorptivity and stability constant of the complex are1. 30 × 10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)and 6. 56 × 104 respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 3. 2 ~ 56. 0 μg /m L of azithromycin with correlation coefficient of 0. 998 9. The determination limit of the present method is 1. 68μg /m L. The relative standard deviation is 1. 36%( n = 6) when the concentration of azithromycin is 20 μg /m L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of azithromycin in samples with satisfactory results.The recoveries of azithromycin were 98. 6% and 101. 2% respectively.
