| 摘 要： | 本文报道了一种厚膜型ＺｒＯ＿２氧敏元件的制备工艺，研究了该元件的氧敏特性及稳定性．实验发现，该工艺制备的氧敏元件，对氧气具有较高的灵敏度和很好的选择性，且比较稳定．

| Abstract: | n this paper,the preparation of the ZrO_2 thick-film Oxygen sensors is reported. The sensitivecharacters and the stability of the thick-film ZrO_2 are studied. The experimental results indicatethat the thick-film ZrO_2 oxygen sensor is sensitive to oxygen with high sensitivity and high selec-tive ability. |
