| 摘 要： | 图书馆员职业倦怠是困扰当前高校图书馆员的主要心理障碍,它的存在给馆员本人及高校图书馆读者服务工作都带来了负面影响。本文阐述了高校图书馆员职业倦怠的成因及危害,并提出了抑制职业倦怠的措施。
