摘    要:作者从直接控制高速凸轮机构从动系统振动的角度探讨了运动曲线的设计问题提出了用组合加速法设计凸轮运动曲线的新方法,连续函数曲线不易获得理想的动力学性能的原因是受到基本约束条件的限制,当机构以惯性载荷为主时,与动力学性能指标直接相关的运动曲线是加速度曲线,其构造阅览室了从动系统在运动过程中的动力学性能,加速度曲线以数个类阶跃函数的叠加表示,其响应的叠加即为运动过程的响应,因此通过类阶跃函数的设计可以有

Abstract:The paper discusses the optimum design method of motion curve. The reason of the difficulty for traditional design method to reach satisfied dynamic character is the relationship between the boundary conditions and the structure of the curve. The dynamic behaviour of a system caused by a curve depends on its acceleration history. By constructing an acceleration history the dynamic feature of the system can be improved. In the paper step-type function is introduced to combine an acceleration history. With the method the vibration of the following system can be controled according to the response-spectrums of the step-type functions.
