| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨心铒钳在食管胃吻合术中的作用．方法：对132例食管恶性肿瘤切除患者，均应用心铒钳，采用手工吻合．结果：132例手术无1例吻合口瘘发生．结论：应用心铒钳行食管胃吻合，保证吻合质量，非常适合基层医院使用，确有独到之处，值得推广、普及．

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the role of heart erbrium-made clamp in esophagus-stomach anastomosis.Methods:132 cases of esophagus-stomach anastomosis were implemented with heart erbrium-made clamp after resection of malignant tumor of esophagus.Results:All anastomotic stomas of 132 cases were well healed.Conclusion:Anastomosis with heart erbrium-made clamp is worth generalizing and popularizing. |
