高校学生党员非权力性影响力培养机制研究

学生党员是高校党建工作的重要主体，充分认识、维护和发挥好学生党员影响力，对开创高校党建工作新局面有着十分重要的促进作用。本文首先定义了非权力性影响力并且阐述了非权力性影响力的旗帜作用、导向作用、凝聚作用。其次，从外部环境、高校内部分析影响学生党员影响力发挥的不利因素。最后，提出建立学生党员考评机制；挖掘校园文化资源；转变工作方法，深化学生党员的主体意识的策略，充分发挥学生党员在高校党建工作中的非权力性影响力，促进高校学生工作的发展。

The Research of the Appraisal Mechanism of Influence on the Non-power

College students party members are the important main of the party building work, fully understand, maintain and colleges student party members play a good influence and it has a very important role to promote universities building work create a new situation. In this paper, firstly, it gives the definition of the non-power and it explains the banner, the leading role, the role of cohesion of influence on the non-power. Second, analysis of the impact of student Party members to play a negative influence factors from the external environment and institutions of higher learning in-house. Finally, proposed that to establish mechanism of appraisal for the students party members; excavation of campus cultural resources; changes working methods, to deepen the sense of main body of students party members strategy, and give full play to students party members in colleges and universities building work in the non-power influence, and promote the development of the work of college students.
