摘    要:利用人畜粪便、农作物秸秆、污泥及其它废弃物生产有机肥具有重要意义.有机肥翻抛中用工量最大的是翻抛作业.刮板和主动链轮是翻抛机的主要零件.利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立刮板和主动链轮模型,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行静力分析,得到刮板和链轮的等效应力云图和等效位移云图.其分析结果为刮板和主动链轮的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:The use of human manures,animal manures,crop straw,sludge and other wastes to produce organic fertilizers has an important significance.Turning operation of organic fertilizers is the most power to need.Scrapers and the drive sprockets are the main parts of stack-turning machine.Using 3D modeling software Pro / E builds scraper and drive sprocket models,which introduced into finite element analysis software ANSYS to carry on the static analysis.stress contour and displacement contour of the scraper can be got and driven sprocket.The analysis results can provide necessary guides for the optimal design of scraper and drive sprocket.
