| 摘 要： | 《京都议定书》的正式生效,为中国企业带来了前所未有的机遇,而企业在CDM(清洁发展机制)项目开发中,又必然与咨询服务机构进行合作,因此探讨项目业主对合作模式的选择具有重要的现实意义。提出了3种合作模式,建立了完整的指标体系作为合作模式的选择准则,并利用层次分析法进行了潜在CDM项目业主选择与咨询服务机构合作模式的分析。

| Abstract: | With " Kyoto Protocol " coming into force,It has brought unprecedented opportunity to enterprises China.When the enterprises start developing CDM project,they must enter into cooperation with the consulting service organization.So it has important realistic meanings to probe into how the project owners choose the cooperative mode.This text proposed three cooperative modes,established the system of intact index as choice criterion of cooperative mode and analyzed the cooperative mode between the potential owner of CDM project and consulting service organization by utilizing the theory of the AHP. |
