摘    要:通过对离子色谱的淋洗液体系的研究,选择邻苯二甲酸氢盐为流动相,实现了以单柱离子色谱法(IC)同时测定多型体的PO3-4和强保留的SO2-4,SO2-4、PO43-的检出限分别为1 ng/mL、3 ng/mL.研究了Y2X8型树脂的静态及动态阳离子交换性能,考察了在线预分离-IC法测定钢铁中痕量硫、磷的可行性,并以离线预分离-IC法测定了低合金钢中硫、磷,RSD小于11%.

Abstract:The elution liquid system of ion chromatogram was studied. The simultaneous detection of polymorph phosphate ion and strong-retention sulfate ion was realized by single column ion chromatography with salt hydrogen phthalate as mobile phase. The detection limit of sulfate ion(SO42)and phosphate ion was 1 ng/mL and 3 ng/mL,respectively.Static and dynamic cation exchange behavior of Y2X8 resin and the possibility of determination of trace sulfur and phosphor in steel by online pre-separation were studied. Further more,sulfur and phosphor in low alloy steel were determined by offline pre-separation-IC and RSD<11%.
