多层钢框架半刚性端板连接的试验研究

摘    要:为研究钢结构梁柱端板连接的刚度和承载力特性,对8个不同构造的多层钢框架梁柱端板连接进行了试验研究,分析了端板厚度、螺栓直径、端板加劲肋、柱腹板加劲肋、平齐式和外伸式等因素对节点承载力、转动刚度和极限转动能力的影响。试验结果表明:实际工程中采用的很多端板连接大多属于半刚性连接,在荷载作用下,节点发生明显的转动变形。该文根据试验结果,对端板连接节点提出了设计建议。

Abstract:The loading resistance and rotational stiffness characteristics of steel beam-column end-plate connections were evaluated experimentally using 8 different connections tested to failure with monotonic loadings. The tests reflected the influences of end-plate thickness, bolt diameter, rib stiffener, and column stiffener on the resistance, rotational stiffness and rotation capacity of the end-plate connections. The results show that many end-plate connections used in engineering structures are actually semirigid connections and that joint rotation occurs when loads are applied. New design guidelines were developed to reflect the experimental results.
