齿轮泵困油及困油模型的研究进展

摘    要:在简要概括外啮合齿轮泵困油现象的基础上,综述了困油及困油模型的国内外研究情况,并对相关研究做了评述后认为,现有的静态困油模型存在考虑因素过于简单,基础量计算比较粗糙等缺陷.鉴于此,在综合考虑含气、油液离心力、侧板倾斜、卸荷槽以及齿轮副振动等因素的基础上,结合齿轮泵的动力学特性,重点描述了动态困油模型.最后,就动态模型存在的不足之处进行了分析,并指出后续研究的方向.
