摘    要:利用超硬薄膜进行材料防护是提高材料性能的一种经济、实用的途径,也是提高模具寿命的重要手段.根据B-Si-C-N系耐磨硬质膜材料的不同,综述了高温耐磨涂层的研究进展,说明了其制备方法,展望了防护涂层的发展趋势.

Abstract:Using superhard films to protect materials is an economical practical way to enhance performance of the materials and an important means to improve its life-span.According to different materials of wear-resistant hard film of B-Si-C-N,its research progress in the wear-resistant hard film of B-Si-C-N in high temperature was introduced as well as its preparation method.The expectation of its trend in development of protetiue coating was introduced.
