摘    要:通过PB设计一最陡爬坡实验一响应曲面法,优化了莲子蛋白质的提取工艺,获得了其最佳工艺条件,即提取液SDS浓度为3.27%、DTT浓度为0.2%、pH=12.0、液固比(V/W)为12:1、提取温度为30℃、提取时间90min、超声波辅助时间为21.5min.在此条件下,莲子蛋白质提取率可达92.27%.

Abstract:The extraction technique of proteins from lotus seed was optimized using Plack- ett-Burman design, path of steepest ascent and response surface methodology. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was 3.27% SDS concentration, 0.2% DTT concentration, pH= 12.0, 12 : I(V/W) of solvent/material ratio,and ultrasonic assistant treatment 21.5 min, extracting in 30℃ for 90 min. The extraction yield of protein from lo- tus seed could reach 92.27 % under this optimum extraction condition.
