| 摘 要： | 在分析精益供应链对物流供应商选择评价指标特点的基础上，建立了精益供应链环境下企业物流供应商的评价指标体系．结合改进的层次分析法和离差决策法，利用主观权重和客观权重对物流供应商进行了综合分析，进而构造了物流供应商的综合评价模型．最后，通过算例验证了所选择的指标体系及综合评价模型的科学性与可行性．

| Abstract: | The paper constitutes supplier-evaluation index system for lean supply chain on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of logistics supplier selection evaluation index . It analyzed logistics suppliers with considering the subjective and objective weight, and set up the evaluating model of the logistics-supplier-selection with the combination of improved an- alytic hierarchy process and deviation decision method. Finally, to demonstrat the feasibili- ty and scientific of index system and comprehensive evaluation model, the paper gives a case. |
