汽油机曲柄连杆机构结构设计与有限元分析

摘    要:根据力学分析结果和强度要求设计了内燃机曲柄连杆机构结构,并建立该机构三维数字化虚拟装配模型,结合有限元理论及其分析软件 ANSYS,模拟分析了曲柄连杆机构装配体热力耦合,结果表明,数字化模型结合装配体有限元分析,可解决曲柄连杆机构结构强度评价问题,有助于缩短汽油机开发周期和减少成本.

Structure Design and Finite Element Analysis of Crankshaft and Connecting Rod Mechanism of Gasoline Engine

Abstract:Aiming at crankshaft and connecting mechanism of internal combustion engine, structure is designed on the basis of mechanics analysis and strength theory. Three-dimensional digitalized virtual assembly model of the structure is built. Combined with finite element theory and ANSYS, thermodynamics coupling simulation analysis on the crankshaft and connecting mechanism is carried out. The result indicates that strength estimation problems of crankshaft and connecting mechanism could be solved through digitalized model and finite element analysis of assembly, so that development cycle could be shortened and develolament cost could be saved.
