基于 CATIA 的快速设计

摘    要:以制动系统中的制动踏板为例子,讨论了二次开发 CATIA 的过程. 在 CATIA 平台上,运用参数化设计思想,实现了零件建模、尺寸参数自动提取、人机界面定制等功能,完成了基于 CATIA 的制动踏板参数化设计任务. 解决了 CATIA 工程框图不符合我国标准的问题.

Abstract:This article takes brake pedal of brake system as an example, explores the secondary development of CATIA. On CATIA platform, using the idea of parametric design, the functions are realized of parts modeling, automatic extraction of the size parameter, the custom of the human-machine interface and so on. Parametric design for brake pedal is accomplished based on CATIA. This article solves the problem which the frame in CATIA drawings do not meet our standards.
