| 摘 要： | 《清议报》是戊戌政变后梁启超等维新派在日本创办的重要报刊。许多维新派出于对清政府顽固势力镇压戊戌变法的痛恨，在《清议报》上积极宣传西方的自由思想，如天赋自由、政治自由等，攻击中国社会中存在的专制主义。然而，维新派内部对自由的认识并不一致，康有为多次对梁启超等人对西方自由思想宣传的激进性提出批评。

| Abstract: | Liang Qichao and other reformists founded Expressive Newspaper in Japan after the reform movement of 1898. It was an important newspaper of reformists. Because reformists abominated stubborn forces of Qing Dynasty suppressing the reform movement of 1898, they widely promoted Western free thought to attack Chinese authoritarian, such as natural liberty, political liberty. However, their knowledge of free thought was different. LIANG Qichao and other reformists radically disseminated Western free though. KANG Youwei severely criticized them. |
