营养条件对菌株N1产纳豆激酶的影响

摘    要:分析了影响N1菌株产纳豆激酶的营养条件,结果表明,半乳糖和酵母膏为最佳碳源和最佳氮源. 据此,采用响应曲面法,优化了营养条件,由回归方程,找出了适合菌株 N1 生长的最佳配方——半乳糖 12.51g/L、酵母膏 4.82 g/L、磷酸二氢钾 1.67 g/L、硫酸镁 0.76 g/L,此时纳豆激酶酶活理论值为 179.08 U/mL.

Abstract:Nutritional factors influencing production of nattokinase by strain N1 are analyzed. Results show that galactose and yeast extract are the best source of carbon and nitrogen. Using response surface methodology, nutritional conditions are optimized. According to the regression equation, the best formula for strain N1 growth is galactose 12.51 g/L, yeast extract 4.82 g/L, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1.67 g/L, magnesium sulfate 0.76 g/L Theoretical value of natto kinase activity is 179.08 U/mL.
