| 摘 要： | 分析了我国人才培养模式的研究现状及存在的问题,据此,提出了＂人才多元能力培养模式＂的概念,并对其培养目标、教学内容、教学方式、师资队伍建设等方面进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | The present situation and problems of our training model of talents are analyzed,and the concept of ＂cultivation model of multi-ability talent＂ is proposed accordingly.Aspects of the model,such as training objectives,content of courses,teaching method and teaching staff construct,are discussed. |
