摘    要:1 材料和方法本实验采用健康的中国本兔15只(雌雄兼有).脊柱两侧剃毛后,暴露皮肤.辐照强度I_(SATA)(空间平均,时间平均值强度)取四种不同剂量:10,20,25和30W/cm~2.幅照时间2min实验采用1MHz的聚焦换能器,由高频讯号发生器经功率放大器放大后接到换能器上产生超声波.每次实验前先用声功率计校准一次声功率.然后计算出超声强度.幅照后喂养

Abstract:The effect of ultrasound on the rabbit's skin has been presented. The ultrasonic intensity being 10,20,25,30/cm' the damage of the skin cell has been observed microscope and compaved with the normal. The comparison is made between the hot skin and the ultrasonic radiation.It is believed that the damage of the skin cells is caused by the thermal effects of ultrasound of hige intensity.
