DSP在无刷直流电机控制系统仿真中的应用

摘    要:给出了一种应用于无刷直流电机控制系统的数字信号处理器(DSP)的模型。根据实际DSP应用中各种重要的硬件功能、控制方法,以及各种环境干扰和非线性因素,在Simulink环境中构建了整个DSP模型,包括CAP模块、AD采样模块、PWM产生模块和控制模块。通过使用Simulink模型优化技术,如CMEXS-函数和子系统封装技术,提高了DSP模型的仿真精度和速度。结合无刷直流电机模型和三相逆变桥模型仿真所得到的结果表明,该模型能够较为准确地描述出无刷直流电机用DSP控制器的工作特性,对无刷直流电机的DSP数字控制系统的设计和实现均具有重要的实用价值。

Abstract:A novel digital signal processor (DSP) model for simulation of BLDC motor control system was proposed. According to various hardware functions, control methods and environment disturbances and non-linearity in real DSP control system, the whole model was constructed in Simulink, which consists of CAP block, AD sampling block, PWM generation block and control block. Besides, several Simulink optimizational technologies, such as C MEX S-function and SubSystem Mask, were applied to improve the simulation speed and precision of DSP system model. By associating DSP control model with BLDC model and three-phase inverter model, the simulation results show that the proposed model can describe the working conditions of control system exactly and has important practical effectiveness for design and realization of DSP digital control system for BLDC motor.
