国内外人力资源价值计量方法的比较与启示

摘    要:在对国内外人力资源价值研究测量方法进行了比较,其启示是:(1)人力资源价值的计量体现其对企业效益贡献的大小;(2)人成为企业的劳动者是计量的标志;(3)计量方法应当包括人力资源群体,个体的计量;(4)计量方法应充分反映人力资源价值的个体差异;(5)计量方法可以与货币计量相结合。

Abstract:Based on the result of researching into the present status and development of the value of human resources both at home and abroad,this article makes comparison between the measuring methods of researches on the value of human resources both at home and the abroad,the inspirations are as following: The measurement of the value of the human resources should bear out the its contributions to the enterprise's efficiency;Individuals becoming the labors of the enterprise should be the key symbol of the measurement;The methods of the measurement should include measuring mass value of the human labor resources as well as that of the separate individual's value of the human resources;The measurement should fully state the individual's differences of the human resources;The method of the measurement may combine the currency measurement with non-currency measurement.
