| 摘 要： | 通过分析多台汽轮发电机组的振动，找出引起机组振动的各种原因，主要包括：转子质量不平衡、动静部件碰磨、油膜震荡、汽流激振、轴系不对中、密封装置摩擦、转子热不平衡、结构共振、转子裂纹等，研究各种原因的振动特征，为准确判断振动原因提供依据．

| Abstract: | The article found out various causes of vibration of turbo generator set through analyzing the vibration of several turbo generator sets. The causes include principally: mass unbalance of rotor, rubbing between moving and stationary parts, oil whirling, steam-excited vibration, shafting uncentering, seal device rubbing, heat unbalance of rotor, structure synchronous vibration, rotor crack and so on. The researched to vibration characteristics of different causes can provide the bases in determining the vibration cause accurately. |
