| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颌面外伤的临床治疗方法。方法回顾性分析252例颌面外伤病例，对其致病原因、诊断及临床治疗方法进行探讨。结果本组患者中除1例因脾破裂致出血性休克死亡，其余均收到满意的临床效果。结论颌面部损伤的急救要有整体观念，分清主次，尽快完善全面诊断，制定针对性的有效的救治方案，开展相应的治疗，可显著提高临床疗效，改善患者生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of oral and maxillofacial trauma. Methods 252 cases of patients with the oral and maxillofacial trauma were selected and their clinical data was analysed. Results 251 cases were cured but one case of patient died of lineal rupture. Conclusion During the emergency treatment of oral and maxillofacial trauma, saving patient ’s life is very important. Working out a effective treatment can improve the quality of life of patients. |
