圆偏心轮夹紧机构的力分析

摘    要:摒除了教科书中圆偏心轮夹紧机构力分析的强行假设,从全部外力总平衡出发,利用图解中的几何关系,推导出夹紧力的解析结果。经过整理,其形式与教科书中的表达式相似,同样具有使用方便之价值。在此基础上,还进一步阐明了最小夹紧力的计算方法。

Abstract:Discards the hypothesis of the force analysis of circulary--eccentric sheaveclaming system in textbooks. From the general balance of total external forces, the analytical destination of claming force can be deduced by using the geometrical relationshipillustrated in diagram. By collating, its form is Similar with the expression in textbookand it has the same value in convenient application, based on which, the author furtherstates the calculation method of the minimum claming force and makes the expound ofthe issue more perfect.
