中西方城市社会区空间模式的对比

针对中西方不同的社会区空间模式，具体分析了它们形成的不同影响因素及形成机制．同时，根据社会区的发展趋势，对我国今后良性社会区的构建提出建议，以便为城市规划提供科学依据．

Constitution of land standard price and transfer fee (churang jin)of right of land use: an example in Xining city

Since the policy of paid land use was excuted, transfer fee of the right of land use (briefly, transfer fee) has been collected from land user for recovering the prime cost of land. From the view of land cost analysis, the constitution of land standard price, the interior and composition of transfer fee as well as the calculation methods of transfer fee in three different circumstances have bee studied. Finally, acording to the land price level of Xining nowdays, transfer fees of commerce land, house land and industry land have been put forward individually in this paper. It supplies a new way to perfect land tax fee system of our country.
