| 摘 要： | 采用流动注射技术研究了Ｌ－酪氨酸－高锰酸钾－过氧化氢体系的化学发光行为，对影响化学发光强度的诸因素进行了实验和探讨．建立了化学发光法测定Ｌ－酪氨酸的新方法．方法的检出限为３．８×１０－７ｇ／ｍＬ，线性范围为１．０×１０－６～１．０×１０－４ｇ／ｍＬ．对合成试样中的三种浓度的Ｌ－酪氨酸测定的回收率在９７％～１０５％之间，相对标准偏差小于３％．
