摘    要:IAA和IBA诱导槐树试管苗形成的不定根细而长,直接来源于茎,根系发达.NAA诱导试管苗基部先形成愈伤组织,然后由愈伤组织上产生不定根,其根短而粗.NAA诱导的生根率最高,但其根生长缓慢,表面常愈伤组织化.2,4-D促进苗基部产生大量的愈伤组织,对生根有抑制作用

Abstract:The adventitious roots induced by IAA or IBA from the base of in vitro shoots of Sophora japonica L. are long and slender. They develop from the surface of stem directly, and the rootsystem is well developed. NAA induce the callus formation from the base of in vitro shoot first, then the adventitious roots differentiate from the callus. The roots are short and thick. Although the NAA is the most efficient exogenous growth regulator for rooting, the roots grow very slowly and the surfaces of them are often calliferous. 2,4 D could induce the base of in vitro shoots forming numerous callus, but inhibit shoots forming root.
