摘    要:利用本研究室从土壤中分离出的木霉(Trichoderma sp.)菌株T41,通过对峙法对腐霉菌进行了体外拮抗作用测定和评价[1]。并对木霉的竞争、重寄生、抗生、溶菌等拮抗机制进行了初步探讨和研究,同时,利用制备的木霉菌剂,对黄瓜猝倒病进行了室内盆栽生防试验。结果表明:木霉 T41防治效果达 80%,而且具有防效长久和刺激作物生长的作用。

Abstract:The antagonism of an isolate of Trichoderma sp. from soil by our lab, T41 ,against Pythirm aphanidermatum was tested in vitro by dual culture. The mechanisms of antagonism of Trichoderma sp. including competition ,mycoparasitism ,antibody -secretion and cell lysis were investigated prima-rily. The application of Trichoderma sp. in biological control of cucumber Pythirm aphanidermatum was carried out in flower vessel ,and the results showed that the effect of Trichoderma sp in hio - con-trol against cucumber Pythirm aphaniedrmatum reached 80% ,and this effect can be retain long time and promote the growth of crop.
