互花米草(Spartina alterniflora Loisel)和大绳草(Spartina cynosuroides(L.)Roth)的比较生化研究——(2)地上部与地下部次生代谢物质的初步研究

摘    要:本文比较了互花米草(Spartina alterniflora Loisel)和大绳草(Spartina cynosuroides(L.)Roth)两种新引进海滩植物地上部及地下部次生代谢物质存在的种类以及类黄酮的含量。两种米草地上部含类黄酮、生物碱及香豆素等次生代谢产物。为两种米草的开发利用,以及进一步研究它们的化学生态学积累一些资料。

Abstract:The authors made an analysis of the various kinds of secondary metabolites and the content of flavonoids in both the airal and underground parts of Spartina alterniflora and S. cynosuroides, two newly cultivated marsh plants. The results showed that the airal parts of both kinds of Spartina contain flavonoids, alkaloids and coumarins, etc. Therefore they are important for the exploration and further study of their chemical ecology.
