| Abstract: | With the rapid development of high technology which have brought about ever changing visual producing techniques, the film and TV cycles in our country are in badly need of cultivating a large number of electronic artists who can integrate the techniques with arts (producing designers). They not only possess art creation ability, but also master proficiently the techniques of producing the film and TV programs. The integration between the art and techniques will make powerful vitality and extensive developmental future for the application of visual and TV programs. |
