| 摘 要： | 阐明了建立小城镇人居环境质量评价指标体系的目的与原则,构架了由居住环境、社会公共服务设施、基础设施、医疗保障及交通治安5个分项、18个单项评价因子组成的评价指标体系,确定了评价指标。本评价指标体系涵盖了小城镇人居环境的主要方面,可以比较全面、客观地反映小城镇人居环境质量的状况。

| Abstract: | Based on the purpose and principle of establishing the evaluation index system of environmental conditions for human settlements in small cities and towns, a system composed of such 5 subentries as environment of human settlements, facilities for social public service, infrastructure facilities, medical security, traffic and public security, and 18 monomial evaluation factors is established. The evaluation indices and correlative explanation are also put forward in the paper. The system includes the primary aspects of environmental conditions for urban human settlements so that it reflects their status roundly and impersonally. |
