摘    要:本文通过FT-IR和1H NMR对自制的三种产品的结构进行了表征,证明产品为烷基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱,并对三种磺丙基甜菜碱的表面性能、泡沫性能和乳化性能进行了研究。结果表明,三种磺丙基甜菜碱的表面活性随着烷基链长的增加逐渐增强;三种表面活性剂的起泡性随浓度增加而增加,到一定值后保持不变,稳泡性随浓度增加逐渐增强,起泡性随着温度的增加呈缓慢增加趋势,稳泡性随着温度增加逐渐降低。

Abstract:In this paper, three products of the structures were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, which proved the products are alkyl dimethyl sulfo-butane betaines, and three kinds of sulfo-propane betaines of surface property, foaming property and emulsifying property were studied. The results showed that with the increase of alkyl chain length surface properties activity of three kinds of sulfo-propane betaines was gradually improved. As the mass concentration of three kinds of surfactant raised, the foaming power increased firstly and to a certain value essentially unchanged, and foam stability enhanced gradually with increasing concentration. As the temperature increased, the foaming power heightened slowly, while foam stability decreased.
