数控细线排绕补偿系统

摘    要:分析了数控排绕细线的误差所在,提出用电容线径传感器、双线积分模糊求差来补偿累积误差的方案,解决了细线排统的难题.并给出了电路框图和软件设计方法.

Abstract:The paper analyzes accumulated error of digital control winding thin wire in order.It brings forward the scheme of compensating accumulated error in integrating double wires simulataneously with capactive sensor. It also solves problem of winding thin wire in order and gives the circuit diagram and the software designing.
