| 摘 要： | 在水利工程项目管理工作中,进度控制和费用控制一般是单独进行管理的,采用挣值法,可以将"三大控制"中的费用、进度进行综合控制,同时兼顾质量控制,弥补了进度控制和费用控制不能相互反映的不足,挣值法是项目管理工作中十分有效的控制管理方法.

| Abstract: | The investment control and progress control are separate managed generally in the engineering project management.Use the Earned Value Concept can control cost,progress and quality compositivly.It makes up for shortage of progress control and investment control can’t reflect eachother.That is to say the Earned Value Concept is a very efficiency method of control management in the engineering project management. |
