摘    要:以谢氏宽漠王(Mantichorula semenowi)为例,对比研究干灰化法、酸消化法和灰化-消化交替处理法对昆虫样品的前处理情况.结果表明,灰化-消化交替处理法具有准确度高、处理时间短、空白值低、加酸量小、消解次数少、优化了样品处理效果等优点.

Abstract:Take Mantichorula semenowi as the example,the results for dry cinefaction,acid digestion and cinefaction-digestion alternate approach pretreat the insect respectively were compared.The results showed that cinefaction-digestion alternate approach had the merits of high accuracy,short processing time,low sample blank,little amount of adding acid,few digestion times,better effects of disposing sample.
