超声辐射下合成N’-三氮唑-N-取代 苯氧乙酰基硫脲

摘    要:为给药物筛选提供先导化合物,利用超声波与相转移催化联用技术,合成了3个N’-三氮唑-N-取代苯氧乙酰基硫脲衍生物,其结构经元素分析,IR和1 H NMR进行了表征.该法具有操作简单、反应时间短等优点.初步的生物活性测试表明:部分化合物具有一定的除草活性.

Abstract:Three new N-triazolyl-N'-substituted phenoxyacety thioureas were designed and synthesized by combined technique of ultrasonic irradiation and phase transfer catalysis.The structures of target compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR.The synthetic method has the advantages of simple operation and short time.The preliminary biological test shows that some of compounds have some inhibitory against weeds.
