| Abstract: | Based on the basic principle of power system operation, control and held experiences, this paper presents a three-stage mode for power system restoration, i. e. strengthening the network, in- creasing generation and restoring loads. The knowldge-processing model consists of four knowledge hierarchies: (a) fault analysis, (b) restorative state, (c) sub-problem space, and (d) restoration plan space. This paper describes the structrue, knowledge representation, knowledge-base and inference engine of the prototype system. The primary results are satisfactory. |
