塑料波纹管预应力摩阻损失测试与分析

摘    要:结合龙洞大桥的预应力摩阻损失试验,介绍了摩阻试验的仪器布置和试验方法,利用最小二乘法分析了桥的预应力摩阻损失参数,试验结果表明:相对传统的金属波纹管,塑料波纹管道具有较小的摩阻系数.为该桥的施工和设计提供了理论依据,为预应力钢束的预应力损失计算提供了参考.

Abstract:Taking the measurement of attrition loss of prestress wire of box girder of Longdong bridge in Yi-wan railway as an example, the layout of the instrument and the testing method for the attrition loss test were described in this paper. The parameters/z and k for describing the attrition loss were obtained according to the least square method. The results can provide a reference for the calculation of the attrition loss for the design and construction. The experimental results showed that the plastic corrugated pipe has smaller attrition loss parameters compared with those of steel corrugated tube.
