N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖的研制

摘    要:研究了以氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐(GAH)为原料、乙酸酐为酰化剂制备了N-乙酰-D-氨基葡萄糖(NAG)。着重考察了反应时间、酰化剂量、pH值以及溶剂极性对N-乙酰化反应的影响。同时通过一系列的纯化处理,得到了NAG精制品。研究结果表明:反应时间影响较小;当M(NH2):M(Ac2O)=1:4,在吡啶为溶剂的碱性环境下N-乙酰化反应得率较高,达70%。NAG精制品的结构通过红外图谱、熔点等进行确证。

Abstract:The preparation of N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (N AG) by D-glucosamine hydrochloride (GAH) and acetic anhydride was studied.The ef fect of reaction time, pH, the dosage of acetic anhydride and different solution on N-acetyl reaction were discussed. Through a series of purifica tion, the purified product was attained. The result indicated that reaction time showed litter effect. The yield of NAG reached to 70% on the condition that the ratio of NH2 to AC2O was 1:4 under pyrrlcoline solution. The structure of purified product was characterized by IR., Melting point et al., which showed the product was NAG.
