| 摘 要： | 案例教学法是一种具有启发性、实践性,提高学生决策能力和综合素质的一种新型的教学方法。在教学中教师认真准备,选用具有中国特色、围绕中心的案例,带着甘当学生的气度;学生认真预习,敢与老师讨论问题,倾听别人的观点,修正自己的方案,就能做到教学相长。

| Abstract: | Case teaching method, a new type of teaching approach with its characteristics of enlightening and practicality, improves the students' decision-making ability and comprehensive quality. The paper discusses how to compile and compose teaching cases in financial management course teaching, as well as the division of work and mutual activities between the teacher and students in actual application. |
