| 摘 要： | 加入世界贸易组织后,我国高校学报面临着机遇和挑战:内向性给学报带来的副效应,综合性影响了利用率,理论与实践不能快速结合,发行量小;作品资源外流,管理模式和管理队伍的挑战,保护知识产权迫在眉睫.所以,国家在宏观管理上应给足政策,发挥学科优势,组建学报集团,在国内外科技期刊市场站稳脚跟,调动一切积极因素,提高编辑人员素质,开展多种经营.
