摘    要:采用化学沉淀法由菲汀制取植酸和植酸钠.菲汀经酸浸、沉淀、加碱使沉淀转化可制得植酸钠溶液.植酸钠溶液经减压浓缩、乙醇结晶可制得针状的植酸钠晶体,或经离子交换树脂酸化、浓缩可得浓度为70%的植酸.

Abstract:Chemical method of preparing phytic acid was investigated. Phytin was extracted with diluted hydrochloric acid, after precipitating the effluent and transforming the precipitate with sodium hydroxide, sodium phytate solution was produced. Acicular crystal of sodium phytate was obtained by decompressed condensing and extracted with alcohol. Phytic acid could be produced by treating the effluent with ion exchange resin chromatography and condenssion process.
