人本管理与律师事务所的规模化发展

摘    要:在国际经济日益发展和交易规则日趋复杂的今天,规模化是我国律师业改革与发展的自觉选择。但规模化发展面临时代机遇的同时,也存在着误区和不足,特别是律师事务所内管理机制的种种不合理之处,阻碍了规模化发展的进程。借鉴人本管理的方法,创新律师事务所内部管理机制:以工会组织实现民主管理,改革利益分配制度,提倡律师与律师事务所"共赢"关系的建立,为律师事务所的规模化发展寻找合理化路径。

Abstract:With the increasingl rules,large- scale is the conscious y development of international economy choice for the reform and development and growing complexity of trading of the legal profession. There are not only opportunities for large - scale development, but also misconceptions and shortcomings, which hinder the development of large -scale process. Learn from the people -oriented management,it~ the rationalize path for large - scale development of the law firm to innovative law firm internal management mechanism, such as reforming the distribution system of interest, realizing democratic management by the labor unions, advocating the establishment of the "win - win" relationship of lawyers and law firms.
