hSOD基因导入细胞抗超氧阴离子毒性的研究

摘    要:研究了已获得稳定表达的hSOD基因导入细胞(CMV-SOD细胞)对百草枯(paraquat)和黄嘌呤(X)/黄嘌呤氧化酶(XO)产生的超氧阴离子造成的细胞毒性的抵抗作用。结果表明:在百草枯和过氧化氢酶共存时,CMV-SOD细胞的存活率明显高于父本细胞,同时父本细胞过氧化脂质的产生数值显著高于CMV-SOD细胞;经过X/XO处理,CMV-SOD细胞的存活率为53%,而父本细胞的存活率仅为40%,同时

Abstract:A study on the resistance of transfected cells with hSOD gene to superoxide a_nion_induced cytotoxicity caused by paraquat and xanthine (X)/xanthine oxidase (XO) is carried out in this paper. Results show that when exposed to paraquat and catalase, significantly more the CMV-SOD cells (hSOD gene transfection) survive than host cells. The production of lipid peroxidation in host cells increases more significantly after exposure to both paraquat and catalase than that in CMV-SOD cells. When exposed to X/XO, 53% CMV-SOD cells survive whereas 40% of host cells. The production of lipid peroxidation in host cells increases more significantly than in CMV-SOD cells. These results indicate that CMV-SOD cells is effective against superoide anion_induced cytotoxicity.
