烷基取代聚噻吩(pat)类高聚物在常温下和液氮中的电致发光特性

摘    要:本文报导了聚噻吩的两种烷基取代高聚物 pat6和 pat12的光、电性能以及以这些高分子材料作发光层试制的发光二极管在常温下和液N2 (- 2 0 0℃ )中的电致发光特性。

Abstract:We reported a optoelectronic properties of two kind of alkyl polythiophen pat6 and pat12.we successful tested and prepared light emitting diode in which alkyl polythiophen pat6 and pat12 acts as light emitting layer,and then we studied its electroluminescent characteristic in normal temperature and liquid nitrogen condition.
