| Abstract: | The perception of plant cells to the signal of auxin starts at the combination of auxin-binding protein with auxin molecular. The combination initiates a serious cascade magnifying reaction in signal transduction of auxin. It is the first step to result in physiological reaction (variation) and is a necessary process. |
