基于污水厂节能减排污泥减量化试验研究

摘    要:通过模拟西北工业大学长安校区污水处理厂的SBR工艺运行条件,对其污泥混合液的运行效能进行了试验研究.研究表明:控制组平均污泥产率系数为0.324 0gSS/gSCOD,而对照组的平均污泥产率系数为0.558 4gSS/gSCOD,控制组比对照组实现污泥减量约42%.同时,臭氧的氧化作用使控制组系统污泥的沉淀性能得到了改善,臭氧的投加并没有引起MLSS/MLVSS比值的明显降低.原位投加臭氧对COD、NH4+-N、TN、SS和pH的出水浓度均未产生大的影响.

Abstract:The performance of sludge mixed liquor was studied by simulating the running conditions of the SBR in the sewage treatment plant of Northwestern Polytechnical University. The results indicated that the average sludge yield coefficient of the experimental group was 0. 324 0 gSS/gSCOD and that of the control group was 0. 558 4 gSS/gSCOD, which constituted the s~udge reduction by 42% ,and that the oxidation of ozone obviously improved the sludge sedimentation of the experimental group, the addition of ozone failed to cause the significant decrease of MLSS/MLVSS, and the in situ addition of ozone had no influence on the concentration of COD,NH+-N,TN,SS and pH in effluent.
