| 摘 要： | 针对目前流域水污染管理及防治实际情况,以J2EE和ArcGIS Server为二次开发平台研发流域水污染管理及防治决策辅助支持系统.系统采用Oracle数据库存储空间和业务数据,通过ArcSDE远程连接Oracle数据库,实现了属性数据和空间数据的一体化存储.并结和最佳可行技术(BAT)构建流域水污染防治辅助决策模型,为流域水污染管理及防治提供信息管理和坚实的定量化支持.

| Abstract: | In view of the actual situation that the water pollution management and command at present, using J2EE and ArcGIS Server as the development platform to development The Managing DSS in Drainage Area Water Pollution. The system uses the Oracle database to store space and business data, according to the ArcSDE remotely connect Oracle database, achieving the integrated store of spatial data and attribute data. And combing the best available techniques （ BAT ） to Implement the DSS model, providing information management and strong quantitative support for the management and command of the drainage water pollution. |
